We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we will fix it.
You can return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, fragrance and personal care items can only be returned if faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos where possible. We will replace or refund, including reasonable return postage.
Email sales@thebrandshed.co.uk with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
Nothing here affects your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the 14-day right to cancel your order.
